The ESCS performance year begins in
mid-August. There are two performance semesters, Fall and Spring, with a major concert at the end of each semester. In addition, the organization hosts a free, community, sing-along of the Christmas portion of Handel's Messiah during the Christmas season and fields a number of Small Group performances at assisted living facilities and local events.
The Eastern Shore Choral Society is
a non-auditioned chorus that
welcomes singers who:
Ticket sales and singer dues cover only a portion of the costs of presenting ESCS concerts. Donations and grants from individuals, businesses, foundations and governmental agencies make up the difference and allow ESCS to hire professional soloists and instrumentalists to complement the chorus. Please help us enrich the cultural life of the Eastern Shore with your tax deductible contribution.
